Thanks for playing CluckDash. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. We keep them short and readable. This is a free, simple game that requires no financial cost.

1) License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use CluckDash for entertainment on devices you own or control. Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the app or its content.

2) Fair play

No cheating, automation, or tampering with scores.
No harassment or hateful content in community features.
Don’t use the game in unlawful ways.

3) Accounts & sync

CluckDash works without an account. If you opt to sync progress, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity on your account.

4) Ownership

We (or our licensors) own the game, code, art, and trademarks. You own your device and your ideas — not our assets.

5) User content & feedback

If you send comments or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to improve the game. Don’t post illegal or infringing material.

6) Updates & availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue features to keep the experience stable. Offline play is supported, but online features need a connection.

7) Third-party links

Store listings and external sites are operated by others. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8) Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the app is limited to the greater of USD $0 (because the app is free) or the amount you paid to use the app in the last 12 months (typically $0).

10) Governing law

Laws of your local region may apply; disputes will be handled by competent courts in your region unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

11) Changes

We may revise these terms. When we make material changes, we’ll post the new version here and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
